STRENGTH AND POWER TRAINING FOR GOALKEEPERS
This is an 8 week programme for Field Hockey goalkeepers who want to improve their explosiveness and conditioning for the pitch.
Goalkeepers like you have completely unique demands to outfield players, for example being at 17x higher risk of suffering a back or torso related injury!
However, you are a really underserved group, and don't have access to specific training programmes designed to meet your needs. This programme solves that problem.
This programme has been put together to meet your needs, by providing exercises that focus on keeping you robust, and improving your explosiveness.
Not only do you get access to 3 specific strength and power sessions per week, but also 1 sprint training session and 1 conditioning session too.
All of this will give you the tools to maximise your performance and become an effective shot stopper on the field!
